Once your contract is signed, you’ll gain access to our client portal—a one-stop hub for everything related to your project. Here, you’ll find:
Onboarding Questionnaire:
This helps us organize your project and make sure we know what files and copy to request.
File Upload Area:
A secure space for you to upload copy, materials, and any branding assets we’ll need.
Progress Indicators & Deadlines:
A clear timeline so you’ll always know where your project stands and what’s coming next.
Staying on Track
We set deadlines for you to upload materials like copy, project-specific details, and branding assets to ensure we have everything we need to deliver your project on time. Don’t worry—our team will send daily or weekly check-ins (depending on your timeline) to keep things moving forward.
Collaborative Reviews
We believe in collaboration, and our process reflects that. Regular reviews will be held over Zoom so you can see the progress visually and provide feedback in real-time. This approach ensures your project reflects your vision while taking advantage of our creative expertise.
Delivery & Support
Once the project is completed and you’ve approved the final review, you’ll receive an invoice. After payment, all deliverables will be made available for download. But our relationship doesn’t stop there!
Minor Edits & One-Month Support
For the first month, we’ll provide minor changes and support to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Ongoing Support Options
If you’d like extended help, we offer tailored ongoing support packages to meet your needs.
